We have rooms blocked out in 3 hotels in the "Old Town" of Elblag. The rooms are blocked for our wedding party from Aug 10 - Aug 13 (3 nights). Like much of Continental Europe you will find that double beds/king or queen-sized beds don't really exist in most of the hotels... You will need to mention that you would like a double room and the staff will push together 2 mattresses. :)

All 3 hotels are steps away from the church and the reception hall.

Hotel Viwaldi

This is one of the more expensive hotels in the Old Town of Elblag but it also quite modern. The hotel in shown in the rightmost photo above. There are no lifts/elevators. In some rooms there is a view of the Elblag canal. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to avoid staying on the first floor as the hotel holds a disco in the basement at the weekends.

There are a total of 20 rooms which breaks down as being 15 double rooms and 5 suites. The suites are recommended for families with kids.

* 300 pln - 2 persons in a suite
* 350 pln - 3 persons in a suite
* 385 pln - 4 persons in a suite
Hotel Gromada
This is a bigger hotel and is the furthest away from all the action (but only by a few extra steps or crawls).

Hotel prices:
200 pln - single room (5 rooms booked)
240 pln - double room (21 rooms booked)

These rooms are more pension-style. There are smaller, simpler and cheaper but very clean and the closest to the reception hall (across the street). We have blocked out 8 rooms.
